Municipalities demand a siting plan before they issue a building permit. They have to make sure that the location of the future construction obeys municipal regulations. So do we. This is why we work in full compliance with these regulations, following them closely.
When siting a building, we take into consideration the plans and instructions of the professionals working on the project, such as engineers, architects and biologists. As land surveyors, we may even coordinate the other professionals.
With these specialists, we properly position the shape of the building on the lot. Close examination of site topography also gives us valuable indications about where to locate the house or building.
In the second phase, we perform the siting itself. We will set the bench-marks in the ground and guarantee accuracy. This is your assurance that the coming work will be easier.
